1. Definitions
"Media World", "we", "us", "our"
means Media World Software, a company incorporated under the laws of
the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Reg. No. 2177), operating the Quick
Fun service in Iraq.
"Technology Partner"
means Perpetuum Media Sverige AB, the third-party platform provider
engaged by Media World to operate and deliver the Quick Fun service.
"Service"
means the Quick Fun gaming subscription service, including all
portals, pages, games, features, and content accessible via
iq.quickfun.games or any successor URL.
"Content"
means the HTML5 games, metadata, graphics, text, and related materials
accessible through the Service.
"Device"
means any mobile device connected to the internet via a SIM card of an
Iraqi mobile operator (e.g. Zain, Asiacell, Korek).
"you/your"
means you as an individual user of the Service. The Service is not
intended for corporations or legal entities.
"Privacy Policy"
means our policy governing the collection and processing of your

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
You may be required to create an account. You agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete. You are fully responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and Device.
If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent/guardian permitting a minor to use the Service, you agree that you and the minor are bound by these Terms.
3. Information About the Service
3.1. The Service provides access, for a recurring fee, to a catalog of mobile games playable from your Device while your subscription is active.
3.2. Subscription fees, billing cycles, operator charges, and pricing are displayed on the subscription page and/or through your mobile operator.
3.3. The Service auto-renews until cancelled. To cancel, send 032 to 4089.
3.4. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, your access will be terminated immediately.
3.5. Access to games may depend on Device type, network conditions, browser, and operator policies.
3.6. The Service is subject to operator guidelines, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service:
- • for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- • in any way that interferes with, disrupts, or impairs the Service;
- • by attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
- • to commercially exploit or redistribute Content.
You are responsible for all use of the Service through your Device, whether authorized or unauthorized.
5. Data Collection and Third-Party Technology
The Service is provided through our third-party Technology Partner's platform. When you access and use the Service, data may be collected and processed by our Technology Partner through analytics tools. This may include information such as device type, approximate location, session duration, browsing activity, and user interactions. This data is used to improve service performance, security, and user experience.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to such data collection.
All processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Modifications and Availability
6.1. We may temporarily modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Service with or without notice.
We are not liable for any unavailability or technical interruption.
6.2. We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
6.3. Games, features, and Content may change at any time due to licensing or technical updates.

The Service is provided by Media World in partnership with Perpetuum Media Sverige AB.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property relating to the gaming platform and technology remain the property of Perpetuum Media Sverige AB.
The Media World brand, logos, and trademarks remain the property of Media World.
The games within the Service are copyright their respective owners and are used under license.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
- • We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.
- • Content is provided for entertainment only.
- • We do not guarantee compatibility with all Devices or networks.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, goodwill, data, or profits.
- • We are not liable for issues caused by operators, network failures, or third-party platforms.
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your last 30 days of subscription fees.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Iraqi law.
11. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless operator regulations require a different forum.
